The owner advertises three meals a day, laundry, a security system and attached washrooms, and their October 2025 photos show the building, a room and a washroom. The per-head rent card in the owner's October 2025 post lists PKR 19,000 for a two-seater down to PKR 12,000 for a seven-seater.
